Recruitment & Consulting Services Association The RCSA is the peak body of the employment services industry in Australia and New Zealand. It was formed in 1996, following the merger of the National Association of Personnel Consultants and the Institute of Personnel Consultants. The RCSA’s 3200 strong membership is drawn from a diverse range of organisations and individuals including small owner-operated businesses, listed and non-listed Australian companies and large multinational corporations. State Revenue Office The State Revenue Office (SRO) is the Victorian Government's major tax collection agency. The SRO is a Service Agency of the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, which falls within the portfolio responsibilities of the Treasurer of Victoria. The SRO administers a range of taxes. These include pay-roll tax, duties (formerly known as stamp duty) and land tax. The collection of these taxes and duties raises more than $6 billion in revenue annually for the Victorian Government.
